Alert cars have been operational since 1994 and have grown to nearly 100 cars. Based in Arnold Nottingham, we are open 365 days a year 25hrs a day. Having a customer database of over 15000 passengers is a pure reference within itself to the quality of alert cars standards.

Some of our main contracts rely heavily on alerts prompt service, such as Nottingham city social services, HMP lowdham and 90yr old Sylvia on high street. Showing we not only care about the large company but look after our smaller regular customers as well.

We have a state of the art Contact Centre employing over 100 members of staff. All employees are trained to the highest level of customer service and have completed an NVQ customer service course. We have the best possible technology in the market allowing us to handle calls efficiently and providing the highest level of customer service. The contact centre staff also have a great understanding of the local area to provide a helpful hand to all travel requirements.
